We encourage you to share your vision and provide example pictures to ensure your preferences are reflected. Please note that results may vary based on room layouts, but we will do our utmost to deliver a stunning presentation.

Refunds are available only with written notice provided at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any special purchases made specifically for your package.

Your decoration is not scheduled or confirmed until full payment is received—no exceptions. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with additional questions, preparation details, and payment method instructions to ensure seamless service.
